Special Board Meeting
The Board will have a special meeting on Tuesday May 26th to continue their discussion concerning staffing needs to help with PE, social studies/ history/ government at the high school , and combined classes at the elementary. Due to the current regulations the public will not be allowed at the meeting. We will be “live streaming” the meeting. Tuesday we will send out the link to the meeting so the public can watch. If you have any comments that you would like to share with the Board please email me at doramusj@jsd243.org by 3PM Tuesday.

Graduation 2020
The class of 2020 is graduating Saturday, May 23 at 3:00 pm on the Salmon River Football Field. Please come help us celebrate all our graduates have achieved! This is a drive-in style event. However, due to the current situation, guests are required to remain in their vehicles throughout the ceremony. The ceremony will also be available via live streaming. A link to view the ceremony will be available on our website. There will be a parade of graduates down Main Street following the ceremony. Graduates will parade from the high school to the elementary school.

“The Last of the Best”
Due to weather conditions and the forecast for the rest of the week, we are moving graduation to Saturday at 3:00 pm.
No one will be allowed to sit in the bleachers.
Each graduate will be allowed one table for up to ten family members. All other family members will watch from their vehicles.
Family parking will be located behind family tables.
The ceremony will be available for live viewing on-line
Tables will be spaced at least six feet apart.
We will have ushers to help direct traffic and parking.
Cars will enter on the north end of the field by the football shed.
Cars will exit the north end of the field by the District Office.
Graduate tables will be set-up on the west side of the student parking lot.
There will be two exit lanes in the student parking lot–one for immediate exit and one for table viewing, then exiting. We will have help available to direct traffic and to collect any gifts people have.
Everyone viewing tables will remain in their vehicles.
There will be portable toilets provided.
